About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used car products, meeting agreed sales volumes, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Follow the manufacturer's sales process, meet inquiry management targets, and ensure the showroom and displays are maintained accurately and comprehensively.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use various sources to prospect for new and used car customers, create sales opportunities, and maintain regular contact with existing customers.
  • Finance and Administration: Offer finance solutions to customers, adhere to FCA guidelines, and manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration and take part in on and off-site promotions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in delivering first-class customer service in a customer-facing environment, ideally within an automotive.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
  • Drive and Motivation: Drive to exceed targets and a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Qualifications: Full and valid driving license.
