About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Director to join our team at La Mer. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Manage inventory and facilities, including cash reconciliation
  • Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and engagement
  • Develop and implement sales analysis and staff scheduling strategies
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
