Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Developer with extensive experience in Algorithmic Trading and Execution. The successful applicant will contribute to the enhancement of our cutting-edge Trading infrastructure. Key projects will involve developing a real-time data research platform, a high-performance backtesting engine, and various essential trading services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust trading algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize trading strategies.
  • Enhance existing trading frameworks and tools.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Quantitative Development or Software Engineering within a leading Hedge Fund or Investment Bank.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership and teamwork skills.

Compensation: The total compensation package ranges from £150k to £400k, commensurate with experience and seniority.
