Job Opportunity: Field Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team at Grafton Recruitment. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Sales Management: Conduct regular field visits with your team to provide feedback, insights, and reports to drive sales performance.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze sales metrics and statistics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Event Planning: Develop and execute local events and initiatives that align with our company message and branding.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and work with your team to drive sales initiatives, event content, and strategy.
  • Reporting and Insights: Ensure all field activities and insights are collated and presented in a professional, timely, and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the nutrition industry, products, and market dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
