Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales growth, and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales quota and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent Riedel Communications at regional trade shows and events.
  • Collaborate with the technical services department to coordinate product demonstrations and evaluations.
  • Sell to end-users, determining the best fulfillment options based on customer preferences.
  • Lead sales presentations and conduct business reviews with clients and channel partners.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Track sales pipeline and bookings against quota and other metrics.
  • Leverage strategic relationships and business partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Completed technical studies and proven experience in the broadcast, live production, or AV industry.
  • Sufficient experience in a sales or pre-sales role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Relevant experience in system sales for manufacturing and system integration is a plus.
  • Understanding of the nature and demands of broadcast, entertainment, and other Riedel markets.
  • Working knowledge of the Riedel portfolio, including MediorNet, Artist, and Live Production.
  • Experience with video and audio over IP standards, including SMPTE 2110.
  • Proven experience working with upscale companies, venues, clients, and channel partners.
  • Proficient presentation and communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and disseminate information to sales management, marketing, and technical services.
  • Immediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar sales management package.
