Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Content Editor to join our in-house content team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating and proofreading various elements of content support for our client's knowledge base, as well as writing articles, inputting to step-by-step diagnostic content, and creating 'how to' guides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate and proofread new and existing content
- Test and proofread content in various formats (scripts, text in imagery, etc.) prior to go live
- Support the creation of new content in accordance with new product releases, client requests and feedback, operating system and platform updates, call drivers, and other insight sources
- Review existing articles, scripts, and content on a regular basis, support new client launches, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of translations across the required formats
- Work with the User Experience (UX) team to ensure quality is maintained across content types and language variants
Requirements:
- Proficient spoken and written Latin American and European Spanish with a good grasp of spelling and grammar in this language
- Clear writing style expressed in English and French Canadian
- Ability to explain complex processes clearly and without ambiguity
- Content proofreading experience
- Excellent grasp of spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confident pro-active approach
