About the Role

RAC is seeking a talented Data Insights Specialist to join our dynamic Group Customer & Marketing team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and report on data from multiple projects to inform customer retention strategies.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations to influence business decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end tagging process from request to deployment.
  • Guide product development teams in implementing tagging within their product set.
  • Quantify the impact of decisions on key business metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure data-informed decision making.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in a field such as maths, economics, or business.
  • Experience as an analyst or similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commercial acumen and experience working with business teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience using analytical techniques and data insight tools.
  • Experience with Tag Management tools and data layer creation and management.
