About the Role

RAC is seeking a talented Data Insights Specialist to join our dynamic Group Customer & Marketing team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences through data analysis and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to drive customer retention and business growth.
  • Manage and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability of insights.
  • Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with data management tools, such as Tag Management Systems and data layer creation and management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis software, such as Adobe Analytics.
