Job Title: Minute Taker

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Minute Taker to provide support to our Child Protection meetings for a busy Social Care Team.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending meetings in person and via Teams, taking notes of discussions held live, and producing high-quality notes outlining prevalent points raised and decision rationale.


The successful candidate will have experience of Minute Taking and/or the ability to convey discussion points in a clear written format. They will also possess excellent communication, organization, and time management skills to enable them to manage a high workload while meeting statutory timescales.


As part of this role, you will be required to manage a busy workload and demonstrate the ability to prioritize/reprioritize workloads as and when required to meet deadlines. You will also be expected to manage sensitive information and data while adhering to GDPR.


Working with Blu tech Consulting Ltd, you will receive weekly pay, accrue paid annual leave, be provided access to free update training where appropriate, with certificates provided, and be given a named consultant as your main point of contact.
