**Project Co-Ordinator**

We are looking for an experienced Project Co-Ordinator to join our Projects Team based here in Newcastle upon Tyne.

**Responsibilities**
- **Planning & Scheduling**:Develop timelines, and schedules in collaboration with team members to ensure all tasks are completed on time
- **Resource Coordination**:Allocate resources efficiently and coordinate with different teams or departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery
- **Communication**:Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and external parties, ensuring everyone is informed about project progress, changes and updates
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up
- to -date project documentation, including project plans, reports and meeting minutes
- **Task Tracking**:Monitor and track the progress of tasks and milestones, keeping the project on schedule
- **Meeting Coordination**:Organise and facilitate project meetings, ensuring that all relevant parties are involved, and action items are documented and followed up on
- **Escalation**:Escalate to Project Managers where appropriate
- **Business Cover**:From time to time there may be a need to provide cover for other areas of the business due to absence or work spikes, full training will be provided

**Skills Required**:

- A successful Project Coordinator is adept at multitasking, communication, problem-solving and maintaining a high level of organisation throughout the project lifecycle
- Responsibilities include organising project activities, tracking progress and coordinating resources to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work with various Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Having experience with MS Projects is advantageous but not essential
- Able to work / engage well with other 3rdparties or partners to ensure the smooth delivery of a project
- Strong client-facing a teamworking skills
