Project Coordinator

**The Job Role**:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordination of the full project life cycle from the initial interest via the Sales Team to the Go Live and follow up.

You will work closely with both old and new clients and varied suppliers.

To ensure anticipated benefits that IT enabling solutions can bring are fully realised.

Direct effective organisation of projects, delivering projects on time and within cost and quality parameters.

Diary management and coordination and delivery of meetings where appropriate.

Work alongside internal departments such as Sales and Technical Support to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Working with the client, including developing a pipeline of work from them, manage cases/projects and reporting, as well as project tracking and reporting to management.

Manage cross-activity within the business.

Maturing of disciplines across the business ensuring deliverance of a professional, high
- quality service.

Effective communication both verbal and written in order to maintain an end-to-end view of active cases, tasks and projects status.

Willing to spend an initial period learning the SfD System in order to have a good all-round knowledge of the Software.

Assist in developing and implementing Processes and Work Instructions.

Based at our office in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne & Wear

08:30 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 17:30 with a 1 hour break

Hours and work schedule may need to be adapted on occasion to meet business demands.

**Job Type**:

**Job Skills & Requirements**:
You will have excellent time management skills and be able to manage your workload accordingly, working as part of a team and independently.

Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at one time and prioritise work load and report any issues to management as needed to minimise risk to projects ensuring on time delivery and client satisfaction.

Have the ability to assist and guide the team and external clients.

To have a good understanding of IT in order to discuss cases / issues with the Manging Director and Operations Manager.

Analytical skills, problem solver and logical thinker.

Seek all information that is needed to be able to make effective decisions.

Be an excellent communicator, have the ability to speak to people at all levels.

Understand the importance of project budgeting and delivering projects within budget.

To be able to monitor the progress of cases and projects in an efficient and effective manner.

Have a positive work ethic.

Positive, can do attitude with a strong desire to complete tasks.

Willingness to develop skills and knowledge and receive feedback as part of our 1 to 1 programme.

Good sense of humour
