About the Role:
Lorien is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Assist with financial transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance or accounting preferred.
