In your role as a Customer Service Officer, you will:

  • Deliver efficient and knowledgeable responses to clients seeking services and products.
  • Identify client requirements and match them with the most suitable NSPCC Learning services and products.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Professional Learning Services to ensure timely follow-ups on service requests.
  • Coordinate external training sessions and consultancy work across various regions.

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities, with a talent for effective communication with both colleagues and the public.
  • A strong aptitude for gathering and analyzing information to assess client needs and align them with available offerings.
  • Negotiation skills to engage with external clients on requirements and pricing.
  • Outstanding written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise emails and letters.
  • A proven track record of managing telephone interactions to a high standard.
  • The capacity to learn and adhere to guidelines and procedures while working independently and under pressure.
  • Experience in utilizing and maintaining content and/or learning management systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based resources.
  • The ability to organize and prioritize a complex workload without compromising quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making skills to assess priorities and recommend solutions.
