Deliver commercial analysis and insights into key business drivers and strategic initiatives. Maintain regular communication with Account Management and Operational teams, updating reports as necessary.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and accurately, demonstrating attention to detail. We are proud to have set diversity goals in senior roles and to have implemented initiatives such as a menopause health package and a dedicated Working with Cancer program. We particularly encourage applications from under-represented groups.

We are committed to being disability confident. If you require reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please inform us.

Benefits Overview

Generous pension contributions of up to 15%. Annual performance-related bonuses. Share schemes, including free shares. Flexible benefits tailored to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping. 28 days of holiday, in addition to bank holidays. A variety of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies.

Join us to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of financial services, with numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth.

We prioritize data security. We will only request confidential or sensitive information once you have been formally invited for an interview or have accepted a verbal offer, at which point we conduct background checks. We will always clarify what information is needed and why, with requests coming from trusted Lloyds Banking Group representatives.
