Financial Lines Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Lines Claims Advocate to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a Financial Lines Claims Advocate, you will be responsible for handling Financial Lines claims from cradle to grave, ensuring that performance records are up-to-date, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling Financial Lines claims from inception to resolution
- Ensuring that performance records are accurate and up-to-date
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Developing comprehensive claims documents and presenting claims to underwriters
- Dealing with queries, providing feedback, and responding to clients, insurers, and internal departments
- Keeping clients and insurers informed of claim developments
- Undertaking prompt and accurate processing of collections, fee payments, and other relevant data
- Extensive claims experience within the Financial Lines class of business
- In-depth knowledge of the Lloyd's Insurance market
- Strong understanding of the Financial Lines classes, including key players and territory knowledge
