About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for handling Financial Lines claims from inception to resolution, ensuring that performance records are up-to-date and maintaining accurate records. You will also be expected to develop strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, undertake prompt and accurate processing of collections, fee payments, and other relevant data and information on company systems.
Key Responsibilities- Handle Financial Lines claims from cradle to grave, with a focus on D&O Claims
- Ensure performance records are up-to-date and maintain accurate records
- Develop strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Process collections, fee payments, and other relevant data and information on company systems
- Present claims to underwriters and deal with queries
- Provide feedback and respond appropriately to clients, insurers, and internal departments
To be successful in this role, you will need extensive Claims experience within the Financial Lines class of business, in-depth knowledge of the Lloyd's Insurance market, and a strong understanding of the Claims handling process. You will also need to be capable of building relationships with clients and key stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of the Financial Lines classes, including the main players in the market and specific territory knowledge.
