As a Financial Lines Claims Advocate, you will be responsible for handling Financial Lines claims from cradle to grave, ensuring that performance records are up-to-date, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling Financial Lines claims from cradle to grave, specifically D&O Claims
  • Ensuring performance records are up-to-date and maintaining accurate records
  • Regularly dealing with incoming correspondence appropriately
  • Developing strong relationships with the market and creating comprehensive claims documents
  • Presenting claims to underwriters, dealing with queries, providing feedback, and responding appropriately to clients, insurers, and relevant internal departments
  • Keeping clients and insurers informed of the developments of their claims
  • Building relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Undertaking prompt and accurate processing of collections, fee payments, and other relevant data and information on company systems to support high levels of client service and enable completion of internal processes
Requirements:
  • Extensive Claims experience within the Financial Lines class of business
  • In-depth knowledge of the Lloyd's Insurance market
  • Great knowledge of the Claims handling process
  • Strong understanding of the Financial Lines classes, including the main players in the market and specific territory knowledge in relation to the Financial Lines class of business
