As a Graduate Ports and Maritime Civil/Structural Engineer, you will be part of a specialist team that tackles complex and technically demanding maritime engineering challenges within the nuclear and defence industries. Our projects are unique, but typically involve considering the interaction between ports, harbour, and coastal structures and the marine environment.

The key challenges associated with the design, assessment, and appraisal of marine infrastructure include vessel berthing and mooring loads on structures, the influence of tides, waves, and currents, as well as the impacts of sea level rise and the corrosive effects of seawater on steel and reinforced concrete structures. Our work remains varied and interesting, keeping the engineering challenges fresh and exciting.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Have completed a Degree or Masters level qualification in a relevant subject by Summer 2025.
  2. Be a flexible self-starter, keen to drive your career forward.
  3. Have the permanent right to work in the UK.
  4. Be willing to attend an assessment centre in one of our regional locations.
