About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Ports and Maritime professional to lead our UK operations. As a key member of our Surface Transportation, Aviation & Ports UK&I Sector, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and build a high-performing team to support our growth strategy

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

• Oversee the delivery of large-scale Ports and Maritime projects, ensuring quality, on-time, and within budget

Requirements

• Significant experience in Ports and Maritime planning, design, engineering, and construction at a senior level

• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary project teams and delivering projects to required standards

• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills

• Strong team leadership and management skills
