Job Title: Senior Release Manager - AAA Battle Royale 2.0

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Release Manager to join our team at 1-Tom-Plumber Tulsa. As a key member of our release operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful launch of our multi-platform game project, Off The Grid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement release plans, ensuring compliance with game release and update requirements, and coordinating with development and QA teams to ensure builds are properly prepared, tested, and validated for release readiness.
  • Release Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain release pipelines and processes for multi-platform game projects, ensuring efficient and effective release operations.
  • Build and Deployment Management: Manage the build and deployment process, ensuring that game builds are properly configured, tested, and deployed to various platforms.
  • Release Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor release progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates, metrics, and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with development, QA, and platform stakeholders to ensure seamless release operations, and communicate effectively to ensure accurate release data tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Senior QA, Release Manager, or Producer roles, with a proven track record managing multi-platform releases for AAA games.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and excellent communication skills for accurate release data tracking and reporting.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of game development processes, release pipelines, and platform requirements for PC, console, and mobile.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field.
