Job Title: Ambulance Care Assistant

Postify Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Ambulance Care Assistant to join our team. As an Ambulance Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in transporting patients to and from treatment centers, providing a safe and comfortable experience for those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring dignity, respect, and privacy are upheld at all times.
  • Support the delivery of a responsive service, meeting individual patient needs and continually improving service delivery.
  • Work effectively as a team to ensure patient-centered care and service.
  • Provide safe services by using equipment and vehicles safely, maintaining infection control standards, and adhering to company policies.
  • Use and care of equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
  • Reliable and on-time, with timely reporting of completion or amendments to planned journeys.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Careful and considerate drivers, with a good understanding of patients' abilities and limitations.
  • Good people skills, with a polite and friendly manner.
  • Ability to move patients safely and efficiently.
  • A good knowledge of the local area, with experience in the industry essential for this role.
  • A full driving license (no more than 3 points) and an enhanced disclosure check (DBS) are required.
  • Able to provide a minimum of 2 references, covering the last 3 years of employment.
