Hours of work: 37 hours per week
About the Role:
- Handle and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Draft correspondence to support task progression and ensure effective communication.
- Process expenses, arrange travel, and organize meetings to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure databases are updated accordingly to maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain effective filing and retrieval systems to optimize productivity.
- Take minutes and prepare agendas where required to facilitate decision-making.
- Undertake additional administrative duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
- Experience as an administrator or performing administrative duties.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience creating action plans, agendas, minute taking, and travel and accommodation booking.
Desirable Skills:
- Nuclear or engineering industry experience.
