Hours of work: 37 hours per week

About the Role:

  • Handle and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Draft correspondence to support task progression and ensure effective communication.
  • Process expenses, arrange travel, and organize meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure databases are updated accordingly to maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain effective filing and retrieval systems to optimize productivity.
  • Take minutes and prepare agendas where required to facilitate decision-making.
  • Undertake additional administrative duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an administrator or performing administrative duties.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience creating action plans, agendas, minute taking, and travel and accommodation booking.

Desirable Skills:

  • Nuclear or engineering industry experience.
