About the Role:

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales and Administrative Professional to join their team. As a leading provider of Water Hygiene services, our client is dedicated to preventing Legionella and ensuring the safety of their clients' buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by actively reaching out to potential clients and building relationships.
  • Prepare and send quotes to potential clients.
  • Follow up on quotes and negotiate deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with the team to strategise and achieve sales goals.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as data entry and reporting.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in a service environment.
  • Comfortable engaging in phone conversations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.

What We Offer:

  • Salary £26,000 to £28,000 per annum + bonus + company profit-related bonus scheme.
