About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to join our team at Bircham Wyatt Recruitment. As a key member of our office, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
