Le Rôle :
Vous serez chargé de la gestion des campagnes de médias payants sur les plateformes sociales centrales EMEA, États-Unis et APAC : principalement Tiktok, Meta, Pinterest et Twitter (YouTube est un atout).
Ce rôle collabore étroitement avec nos équipes Créatives, Marketing de Performance, Insights Clients et Commerce. En tant que spécialiste senior, vous possédez une expérience dans un rôle similaire et serez capable de démarrer rapidement l'exécution des campagnes sociales payantes sur les plateformes. L'objectif de ce poste est d'assister la fonction numérique plus large dans l'optimisation des performances hebdomadaires pour maintenir le trafic sur le site et les taux d'ajout au panier.
Conditions de travail :
Ce poste propose un mode de travail hybride, vous permettant de travailler 50 % de votre temps depuis notre bureau et 50 % depuis chez vous.
Responsabilités :
- Configurer et exécuter des publicités sociales payantes de reciblage et de prospection sur Tiktok, Meta, Pinterest et Twitter dans plusieurs régions.
- Focus principal : Meta & Tiktok.
- Focus secondaire : Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube.
- Indicateurs clés de performance : Portée, Trafic, Taux de clics, Ajouts au panier, Coûts par clic, Ventes.
- Surveillance quotidienne des performances publicitaires autour de trois domaines fondamentaux : audience, produit et plateforme.
- Optimisation continue des stratégies d'enchères, des types de placements et des formats d'annonces pour les bonnes démographies.
- Collaborer avec le Responsable des Réseaux Sociaux et la fonction marketing payante pour garantir que les campagnes respectent les délais et les objectifs de performance.
- Analyser les performances des canaux sociaux payants par région pour les rapports commerciaux hebdomadaires.
- Maintenir des relations solides avec les éditeurs de Meta, Tiktok et Pinterest pour rester informé des nouvelles initiatives et stratégies.
- Gérer les agences sociales APAC concernant les activités payantes.
- Surveiller les flux, le suivi UTM, les pixels et les intégrations pour garantir l'exactitude des rapports.

Compétences et connaissances requises :
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, avec une capacité à exécuter des campagnes sur Meta, Tiktok et Pinterest.
- Expérience en agence souhaitée.
- Maîtrise d'Excel, avec une expérience dans l'analyse de données et la création de graphiques de performance.
- Capacité à travailler de manière transversale avec des équipes créatives, de contenu, de marketing payant et commerciales.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement de vente au détail mondial dynamique.
