We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our Business Change team. As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in leading organizational transformation initiatives, driving business change, and ensuring seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver change management programs.
- Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input on training programs and support the design and delivery of change management initiatives.
- Support project managers in identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics.
- Consult and coach project teams on change needs and provide guidance on change management best practices.
- Support the embedding and continuous improvement of the TLT change process, methodology, and templates.
- Engage with the business to ensure effective change management and support the change programme.
- Work with project managers to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Lead the implementation and embedding of change initiatives.
- Track and report issues impacting adoption of change.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Experience in delivering and embedding organizational changes, with a focus on technology or operational technology delivery.
- Strong understanding of the change process and how people go through change.
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with project management principles and their application to change management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate messages to various audiences and establish strong relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
- Resilience and tenacity in the face of challenges.
- Organizational skills with a focus on planning strategy and tactics.
