Position Overview

Conference & Events Coordinator Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Conference & Events Coordinator to curate exceptional and memorable events. This role encompasses the entire event planning process, from initial preparations to post-event evaluations.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of vendor relations. Effective communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential, as our success hinges on fulfilling our clients' specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine client requirements and expectations for each event.
  • Coordinate with vendors and exhibitors throughout the planning phase to ensure all elements are in place.
  • Oversee event setup, breakdown, and follow-up activities.
  • Manage event budgets effectively.
  • Secure venues, entertainers, photographers, and arrange speaker schedules.
  • Conduct inspections on the event day to ensure compliance with client standards.
  • Evaluate the overall success of events and compile findings.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination.
  • Highly organized with exceptional multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient vendor management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Contract Type: Full-Time

Salary: £12.97
