Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Event Security Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety and security of all participants at one of the year's most awaited events. Your objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to the client's standards and protocols. Under the direction of your supervisors, you will protect the venue, staff, assets, and guests at all times.
Key Duties
- Safety & Security: Ensure the well-being of attendees and the venue.
- Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding service to all guests.
- Compliance: Follow the client's guidelines, processes, and protocols.
- Protection: Safeguard staff, assets, and visitors.

Essential Qualifications- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Eligibility to work in the UK with a verifiable 5-year history.
- Experience in the Security Sector.
- Ability to manage and influence others.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- A proactive attitude and strong decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Capacity to remain composed and vigilant under pressure and during emergencies.
- Willingness to learn and complete necessary training.
- Level 2 in Crowd Safety.
