Position Overview

Conference & Events Coordinator Responsibilities:

We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Conference & Events Coordinator to orchestrate exceptional and memorable events. You will oversee all aspects of event planning and assess the outcomes post-event.

As the Conference & Events Coordinator, you should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and possess a robust understanding of vendor relations. Strong communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail are crucial in this role, as our success hinges on fulfilling our clients' specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify client requirements and expectations for each event.

2. Collaborate with vendors and exhibitors throughout the event planning process to ensure all elements are in place.

3. Oversee all aspects of event setup, breakdown, and follow-up.

4. Manage event budgets effectively.

5. Secure venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.

6. Conduct morning inspections on the event day to ensure compliance with client standards.

7. Evaluate the overall success of events and compile findings.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in event coordination.

2. Highly organized with excellent multitasking capabilities.

3. Exceptional vendor management skills.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Contract Information:

Type: Full-Time
