About the Role

Forseven, a pioneering company revolutionizing the electric vehicle industry, is seeking an exceptional Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Support various work streams within the Sales & Aftersales function, driving complex projects to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Aftersales, Product, Pricing, Brand, CX, and Financial Services teams to ensure the delivery of a strong regional offering.
  • Assist in building out the core capabilities and configurations required for 'enterprise systems' that will enable customers and colleagues to navigate the end-to-end Sales journey with zero friction.
  • Help to build, develop and enhance the market specific 8-week Business Case sprint for launch markets, aiding in the development of materials that will support the final board presentation or be used as a point of reference in future market launches.
  • Scope within Financial Services, key players, products, services and legislative requirements for each of the 'core' markets we wish to enter.
  • Scope the key B2B players & products e.g. Leasing, Government, SME, Subscription across the 'core' markets we wish to enter and to commence building relationships in conjunction with the VP of Sales.
  • Support Dept. Heads within Sales & Aftersales, map and develop customer journeys incl. initial view on Retail Theatre, this will working in close collaboration with CX & Innovation to ensure these journeys are built with the customer and what is possible from a sales & service perspective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales operations management within the automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the automotive industry landscape.
