Central Planner Role at DAZN

As a Central Planner at DAZN, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our live sports broadcasts. Your primary responsibility will be to allocate staff and freelance resources to meet the demands of our business and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the allocation of staff and freelance resources to ensure optimal coverage of live events
  • Perform daily resourcing checks to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues
  • Work ahead to anticipate and mitigate potential resourcing challenges
  • Assign tests and tasks to team members as needed
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by Senior Coordinators and Team Leaders
Requirements:
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced broadcast environment
  • Understanding of 24/7 shift patterns and their impact on resource allocation
  • Enthusiasm for planning and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to take individual responsibility and make decisions
  • Understanding of the end-to-end broadcast process
  • Interest in sports and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with Media Genix WON and Scheduall is a plus
