At ERIKS, we're committed to making industry work better. As a European Product Manager for Power Transmission, you'll play a key role in enhancing our clients' product performance and reducing their total cost of operations.

As a member of our Centers of Expertise (CoE) team, you'll collaborate with Product Management and Product Leadership to coordinate best practices, roll out central initiatives, and deliver on the product roadmap for Power Transmission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive Product Group assortment, including A-B brand products, own brand, and unbranded products.
  • Support the CoE Lead in developing a European brand and product strategy, product market combinations, and a product roadmap that supports commercial objectives.
  • Develop competences, capability, and knowledge within the CoE and share with the wider ERIKS organization to drive business growth.
  • Provide an optimal mix of own brand and other brand products in the assortment, with a strong position for own brand products.
  • Select suppliers for unbranded and own brand products jointly with Strategic Procurement.
  • Manage the product lifecycle process from product development to end of lifecycle.
  • Set market positioning, pricing, and margin for own brand products and manage marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market analysis and initiate requirements sessions with colleagues and customers to enhance the product group's assortment and solutions.
  • Support local product management in optimizing commercial results related to the product group assortment.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years' relevant experience in a commercial technical work environment (MRO/OEM).
  • Good knowledge of pneumatic power transmission products and its applications.
  • An analytical and structured way of working, including strategy formulation and deployment based on facts and figures.
  • Result-oriented and solution-focused.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
  • Excellent command of English. A good command of Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 30%).
  • Based in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, or the UK.
