As a key member of our Transmission and Distribution team, you will be responsible for leading and working within a team of high-performing project specialists across a range of multi-disciplinary projects and pursuits.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Leading and managing transmission projects and packages, which will grow in size and complexity as your career develops.
* Fostering and evolving client relationships through successful project delivery.
* Mentoring, supervising, and coordinating junior to mid-level project managers.
* Maintaining effective networks and relevant industry relationships to meet business and client outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* A qualified electrical engineering background with a minimum of 15 years of experience in transmission, utilities, renewable power, or similar fields.
* Strong network and business development acumen.
* Experience in the technical delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, whether that is from a consulting, utilities, or contracting environment.
* Experience in EHV, HV, and LV electrical engineering from conceptual to detailed design in utilities, renewable power, traction power, water/wastewater, and other industries.
* Experience in testing, commissioning, FAT witnessing, equipment failure investigation.
* Experience in client-facing roles, ability to provide robust advice and support design projects through clear communication of project status, issues, and risks.
