Creative Support is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and highly driven individual to oversee our diverse range of social care services. In this pivotal role, you will maintain a comprehensive overview of all operations, lead a dedicated team of managers, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of services in the region.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Management of supported living services tailored for individuals with learning disabilities and those on the autistic spectrum, including those with additional complex care and communication requirements.
  • Provision of community support for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health challenges.

In this role, you will embody a person-centered approach, demonstrating warmth, confidence, and professionalism. A solid background in staff and service management is essential. We expect you to possess the vision, networking skills, and organizational capabilities necessary to achieve outstanding outcomes for our clients and to implement initiatives that connect service users with their local communities, thereby enhancing our reputation.

A key requirement of this position is to serve as the Registered Manager with CQC. While prior experience as a Registered Manager is not mandatory, you must be a confident and accountable practitioner capable of applying quality standards effectively.

You should exhibit strong skills in effective communication and engagement, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for those we support. The ability to compose clear assessments, support plans, and guidelines is essential, as is the capacity to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

As a leader, you will confidently guide your team, providing clear direction, supervision, and support. You will also communicate positively and professionally with the families of those we support, their advocates, and other agencies.

This role is based in a friendly and well-equipped office environment, with expectations for regular direct engagement with service users and participation in person-centered reviews. You will oversee staff deployment and scheduling, requiring flexibility in your own working hours, including evenings and weekends.
