Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Registered Manager to lead our care team in the North West region. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that promote the well-being and development of our young people, while also ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of care practitioners to deliver high-quality care and support to young people
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with other teams to provide a comprehensive support service to young people
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Experience in managing teams within a residential care setting
- Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or willingness to work towards it
- Full driving licence
- Ability to put young people at the centre of all decision-making
