About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team in the North West region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care practitioners in a residential setting.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our young people, while also promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care practitioners in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote the independence and well-being of our young people
  • Manage budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the highest standards of care and support are provided

Requirements
  • Experience as a care practitioner, with a strong background in managing teams in a residential setting
  • A Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or willingness to work towards it
  • A full driving licence
