Registered Care Manager

At Gilbert Meher, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our nursing home in Blackpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 40+ bedded home, ensuring the wellbeing of our residents, and leading a team of committed staff.
About the Role:
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, focusing on the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. You will oversee the daily management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. You will also lead, mentor, and develop the care team, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment.

- Ensure the home is compliant with CQC standards and regulations.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. You will have a strong background in nursing management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
