Lead Care Facilitator (Social Services)

Salutem Shared Services is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with diverse needs, and we are looking to expand our team in response to the growing demand for our services.

We have created a new opportunity for a Lead Care Facilitator, designed as a Term Time Only role to aid in the enhancement of our service offerings.

In this position, you will either be an experienced manager or an aspiring leader, overseeing care and support at our service locations, alongside a team of committed care professionals.

You will be an integral part of the management team at Salutem Shared Services, contributing to the success of our operations across multiple sites.

We are looking for a Lead Care Facilitator who is dedicated to guiding special education leavers as they prepare for their future.

Ideally, you will have experience in supporting learners, particularly those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Your approach will be creative and inclusive, and you will be eager to engage with our students who are enthusiastic about learning and achieving their goals.

You will collaborate with a broader team that includes educators, trainers, and support staff.

We pride ourselves on maintaining small group sizes and providing high levels of support, enabling our learners to reach their full potential.

Our educational pathways are tailored to individual needs, and alongside preparing for adulthood, each learner will receive a customized package of health and support services, including physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, speech and language therapy, and occupational therapy, as well as access to a skilled team of assistive technology specialists and positive behavior practitioners.

Vocational learning themes will assist students in making progress not only academically but also in self-advocacy, confidence, self-esteem, and resilience, preparing them for fulfilling lives beyond their educational journey.
