Job Summary
Furniture Village is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Improve Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop Sales Team
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve performance
Requirements
- Leadership Experience
- Proven leadership experience in a sales or retail environment
