Senior Improvement Partner, Continuous Improvement Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safeguarding Adults Specialist to join our dynamic team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Safeguarding Nursing Team, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based guidance, safeguarding supervision, and training for staff across all Trust sites.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized guidance to healthcare professionals on safeguarding matters, promoting a culture of best practices throughout the Trust.
- Manage the sharing of confidential and highly sensitive information with external agencies, while handling complex information within the Safeguarding domain.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality, research-based safeguarding training across the Trust, catering to a diverse range of disciplines.
- Participate in the assessment and evaluation of safeguarding training programmes across the Trust, ensuring adherence to national and local training compliance targets.
