About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operational Improvement Business Partner to join our team at Western Power. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives that align with our strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on process improvement methodologies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business process improvement and operational excellence
  • Proven track record of delivering significant process improvements and cost savings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
