About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operational Improvement Business Partner to join our team at Western Power. As a key member of our Asset Operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and delivering strategic projects that achieve tangible business benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive strategic projects to improve operational efficiency and capability
  • Provide subject matter expertise in process improvement and business transformation
  • Lead initiatives to achieve business benefits and improve customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You

We are looking for someone with a strong background in business improvement and process optimization. You will have a proven track record of delivering strategic projects and driving business change. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Qualification in Lean Six Sigma or related business improvement discipline
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 10+ years of business improvement experience
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills
  • Proven experience in process improvement training and development
