Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive business improvement projects to achieve tangible benefits
  • Provide subject matter expertise in operational improvement and best practices
  • Lead initiatives to achieve business benefits and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver an operational improvement framework
  • Mentor and develop Operational Improvement Business Partners, Project Managers, and other business employees

We are looking for someone with a strong background in business improvement, process excellence, and leadership. You will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects and a passion for driving cultural change. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of management.
