Exciting Opportunity for a Shift Lead

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Shift Lead to join our North Home First Team, covering services in Leek and Moorlands and surrounding areas in North Staffordshire.

The Home First Service (Discharge to Access) provides high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, following a stay in hospital. As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in leading our team through service changes and developments.

This part-time role, 22.5 hours per week, involves working a 7-day shift pattern, with opportunities for flexible working. A valid driving licence and access to a car are required due to occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide line management to a team of Home First Care Support Workers (PIW's), ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist with the production of management information, including quality of services delivered.
