About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized **Procurement Specialist** to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. As a **Buyer**, you will play a crucial role in delivering a commercially successful wholesale range.

You will work closely with various departments across the business, as well as numerous suppliers, to ensure seamless operations. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform purchasing decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, delivery schedules, promotions, and exclusivity deals.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure that all deliveries meet assigned purchase orders and optimize stock levels.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on sales data, marketing activity, and other key metrics to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Product Development: Adapt product offerings based on customer feedback and behavior, identifying new suppliers and product opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Trade Show Representation: Attend multiple trade shows throughout the year, both in the UK and overseas, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with suppliers.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create effective in-store activation strategies that maximize sales.
