Head of eDiscovery Job Description

Brimstone Consulting is seeking an experienced Head of eDiscovery to lead our eDiscovery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the eDiscovery process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the eDiscovery process, including project planning, team management, and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Manage budgets, financials, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in eDiscovery, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of EDRM, Relativity, and Relativity Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
  • SQL, Python, and other eDiscovery tools experience.
