We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our clients finance and customer service departments. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks related to order processing, customer inquiries, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update records related to orders, customer communications, and legal documents.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Assist customers with order tracking, PO numbers, and other service-related issues.
- Support the finance team with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Regularly update internal databases with customer and order information.
Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in math and English.
- Experience in customer service and/or accounts receivable (AR) is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
