- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development across various areas
- Build strong relationships with parents/caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and fostering open communication

Requirements:
- Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Proven experience working with children in an early childhood setting
- A genuine passion for creating enriching learning experiences for young minds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices
