Job Title: Early Years Practitioner L2

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Teddies Woking Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities for children aged 0-5 years, promoting their development and well-being. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children, tailored to their individual needs and interests.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of children, adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, promoting diversity and equality.
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements.
