Job Title: Early Years Practitioner L2

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner L2 to join our team at Bright Horizons Teddies Woking Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner L2, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities for children aged 0-5 years, promoting their development towards key milestones. You will also develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships, ensuring child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
